Intro to HIIT is a class designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of High-Intensity Interval Training, friendly to all fitness levels. It is a full-body workout that includes movements to build strength, stamina, and overall fitness. Expect periods of quick, high-intense efforts followed by a recovery period, and guaranteed you'll break a sweat! No experience necessary, HIIT is a great way to get a quick and total workout, or spice up your fitness routine. Join us for a fun and effective workout while learning about the basic principles of HIIT.
