Intro to Powerlifting is a strength training focused class designed to teach you the fundamentals of the three main powerlifting movements: the squat, bench press, and deadlift. Whether you're new to lifting or looking to refine your form, this class provides a supportive environment to build strength, confidence, and technique. With expert instruction and hands-on coaching, you’ll learn proper mechanics, breathing techniques, and programming basics to lift safely and effectively.
