About this Event
During our Open Gym Small Group Training sessions, a personal trainer will be available to coach you through structured daily workouts incorporating both resistance training and cardio. A work out of the day (WOD) will also be available during the open gym sessions. The personal trainer running the session can explain the workout and get you started, or you can bring your own workout to get assistance with form, alignment and movement patterns. It’s the perfect way to get direction, stay motivated, and train with others at your own pace.
